Materials in which have not been listed are also subject to warranty by the relevant manufacturers

Product manufacturers warranty: If a product is defective by supplier, Haute kitchens, at its
discretion, will choose to do one of the following.

– Arrange replacement of the defective product, by supplier; or
– Arrange repair of the defective product, by supplier

If a product cannot be replaced or is no longer available, the suppliers, at their discretion,
may replace the product by a suitable substituted item to be as close as the original
product in form, colour, and functionality. However, the manufacturer cannot guarantee the
replacement product will be the same in all aspects as the originally used item.

Haute Kitchens offers a 15-year workmanship warranty and will guarantee the product will
be free from defective workmanship. If a product is defective by supplier, Haute kitchens,
at its discretion, will choose to do one of the following.

– Arrange replacement of the defective workmanship; or
– Arrange repair of the defective workmanship

This warranty only applies if the purchased product has been maintained and used for
normal domestic use. The warranty of 15 years begins from the date of installation of
the purchased product.
