What's Covered

Cabinetry & Structure

All cabinetry, frames, doors, and structural components are covered for 10 years against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes our marine-grade aluminium construction and powder-coated finishes.

Hardware & Fittings

Hinges, drawer runners, handles, and all hardware are warranted for 10 years. We use only premium, corrosion-resistant materials designed for Australian conditions.

Benchtops

Stone and stainless steel benchtops are covered for 10 years against cracking, staining (under normal use), and fabrication defects.

Installation

Our professional installation is guaranteed. Any issues arising from installation defects will be rectified at no cost to you.

Appliance Warranties

Important: Appliances (BBQs, fridges, sinks, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand. We'll provide you with all warranty documentation and assist with any warranty claims.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence

Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties

Damage from extreme weather events (covered by home insurance)

Cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality
